Using the site

Please use the site only for lawful purposes and don't try to disrupt it or misuse the signup form.

The Club and offers

Club rewards and offers, including the welcome Take the Cannoli, follow the terms shown with each offer. We may change or end any offer at any time.

Club Points

• Earn 10 points per $1 of food subtotal after rewards, before tax and tip, on direct orders through our app and website only, not on DoorDash, Uber Eats or other apps.
• Points post when an order is picked up. Points from refunded or canceled orders are reversed.
• Points and rewards have no cash value and can't be transferred or sold.
• Reward vouchers from points expire 90 days after redeeming. Birthday rewards expire at the end of the birthday month.
• One welcome reward per phone number. We may refuse or void rewards we believe were obtained by abuse, such as multiple accounts.
• We may change or end the program, and will post changes on this page.

Menu items, descriptions and availability may change before and after we open. Please read our allergen notice and tell us about any allergies when you order.

Our content

Our name, logos and site content belong to The Cutlet Club LLC and may not be used without our permission.

No warranties

The site is provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, we aren't liable for any loss that comes from using it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
